Entrust the keys to my property and the care of my pet to Heads & Tails. I understand that the Heads & Tails will not be held liable for any loss or damage to my property. Heads & Tails will also not be liable for any loss or damage caused by my dog and not accountable for vet fee's or third party claims.

Confirm, I am responsible for keeping my dog up to date with all vaccinations, flea , tick and worming treatments.

Understand that due to the nature of animal's, small injuries may occur even under careful supervision. If Heads & Tails is unable to contact me in the event of emergency, I hereby authorise Heads & Tails to seek veterinary care for my dog.

Understand Heads & Tails has a 24 hour cancellation policy, any cancellation made within 24 hours priory to the booking will still require payment.
